I have telephonic interview on monday in an engineering company ...i feel stress ...what tip you can give me so i can feel comfortable during the interview.

I had a bully boss about 6 years ago. He took an instant dislike to me for reasons still unknown. He did everything he could apart from try to physically intimidate me and none of it worked. Finally after about 2 years of his best efforts me and him were in a narrowish hallway and then came his attempt at physical intimidation. He's quite a bit taller than me and leaned into me mumbling some threat. All I said was do that again and I'll put you to sleep. I've never seen anyone crumble like that in all my life. Not going to go down the route of saying it was out of character for me because it really isn't. He just didn't know that. He then tried to be my best friend after that but I always kept him at arms length and by a cruel twist of fate 4 years later I'm in a different job in the same place and I now call the shots over him. He keeps expecting me to bully him in some sort of way but I never would. I'd never let him know that though. I enjoy seeing him die inside anytime he has to request something from me.

I personally think the telephone interview is a bullshit idea. Proof that human beings are becoming stupid daily, wasting time. People are better meeting face to face, full stop.
